GRAVITATION - A NEW THEORY GENERATION OF TIME DILATATION AND THE GRAVITATIONAL ACCELERATION POTENTIAL. The links below are to the Sections of the paper on the new theory of gravitation within a linear space-time continuum. This paper presents a new theory for the mechanism generating the gravitational Acceleration Potential and the Time Dilatation effect by a gravitational source. This paper updated August 2003 |
Introduction- The first section contains a title page, a brief abstract, a contents page, the main introduction and the first section dealing with the nature of time in a Relativistic Domain. Time Dilatation - The second section deals with the generation of time dilatation within a linear space-time continuum by a gravitational source. It covers basic concepts, a detailed discussion of the possible sources, and mathematical derivation of time dilatation both internal and external to the source. This leads directly to the mathematical derivation of the internal and external Acceleration Potentials.Field Equations - This section derives the field propogation equations, thereby showing that the gravitational field is propogated within the spatial part of the Domain according to relationships very similar to those of Newtonian theory. This is an expected result in view of the linear space-time continuum in which the new theory has been developed. Interpretation of Results - The third section presents a detailed physical interpretation of the results. Conclusions - Concluding remarks. APPENDIX A - The appendix presents a mathematical derivation of the relationship between the spatial axes of the Relativistic Domains D0 and D1. |
