AppendixD - Sedna.

The recently discovered planetoid Sedna, is reported to have a diameter of 1609km. If this body is a natural gravitational accumulation of matter, (and not the remalns of a larger body that has disintegrated), then its mass will conform to (2.4). Accordingly, the mass of Sedna is estimated as 4.21E +24 grms. Comparison with the data presented in Appendix B(ii), shows that Sedna to be the smallest body in the Solar System apart from the Asteroids and Comets.
